Unlike last week’s video, both these cars have been modified by Forza Tuning and Performance. That’s where the similarities end. The Trackhawk is more powerful but the Mercedes is much lighter. The Jeep Trackhawk is equipped with a supercharged HEMI V8 engine that has been upgraded with a Forza Stage 4R Package and the AMG car uses bi-turbo power from a hand built 4.0-liter V8 engine. Both the Jeep Trackhawk and the Mercedes-Benz C63S AMG have been skillfully modified and tuned by the leading performance guru in the nation. Now, it’s time to get down where the rubber meets the road.
Jeep Trackhawk Modifications
The Jeep Trackhawk begins life as the most powerful production SUV in American history. Forza Stage 4-R modifications add supercharger, snout and hub porting with supercharger pulley upgrades, stainless long tube exhaust headers with a catalytic converter delete, a 160-degree thermostat, Brisk Racing spark plugs, Forza fuel system upgrades and expert tuning from the Exotic Car Doc. A four-inch aluminum one-piece driveshaft (1000hp rating), chromoly (or billet) rear track bars, chromoly upper lateral control arms and tubular rear sway bar links are options within the Forza Stage 4-R Package for the Jeep Trackhawk. Dyno results prove the all-wheel drive Forza Stage 4-R Jeep Trackhawk is capable of producing 1000hp.
Mercedes-Benz C63S AMG Modifications
Modifications to the Mercedes-Benz C63S AMG include race air filters, high-flow titanium exhaust downpipes and tuning from Brenton Brown. That’s all that was needed to gain 120hp over stock (623hp/469hp) from this handcrafted example of automotive excellence. All modifications were performed by Forza Tuning and Performance of Clearwater, Florida.
