Powerful V6 and V8 engine choices, built in the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy, permit the Maserati Quattroporte to be outfitted to accommodate a wide variety of needs and wants. Other Maserati Quattroporte models are equipped with a twin turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine. The transmission is an 8-speed automatic. The front suspension is a double-wishbone design and the rear is a multi-link setup. Brakes are 4-wheel disc. Curb weight is 4,189-pounds.
