Upgrade: Carbon Fiber 1-Piece Driveshafts: +$1,890

The stock front and rear driveshafts are both replaced with 1-piece aluminum driveshafts rated at 1000ft-lbs of torque standard in the “R” package. If you are looking to shave as much rotational mass as possible, we have lighter 1-piece carbon fiber driveshafts rated at 1000ft-lbs of torque as an option.

Upgrade: Fully Adjustable Billet Rear Control Arms: +$1,450

The stock rear toe links will bend under hard launches even on a stock Trackhawk. This is where “wheel-hop” starts and leads to broken axles, differentials, driveshafts and wheel alignment issues. We replace the stock rear toe links with much stronger chromoly arms with Delrin bushings standard in the “R” package. You have the option of going with fully adjustable billet upper and lower control arms, toe links and end links with spherical and hybrid bushings. These are the strongest control arms available and since they are fully adjustable, they ensure perfect alignment under any conditions. If the SUV is going to be lowered for a more aggressive stance and better handling these solve any alignment issues. If you’re planning on spending most of your time at the drag strip these arms allow for positive rear camber so when the rear end squats while launching the tire’s contact patch can be perfectly aligned with the ground for the most traction. The front upper control arms can also be replaced with much stronger, fully adjustable billet control arms with spherical bushings.

Upgrade: Level 1 Axle Package: $2,250
Upgrade: Level 2 Axle Package: $2,650

We offer Level 1 and Level 2 rear axle upgrade options. The biggest cause of driveline component failures is caused by wheel hop which can become especially common with softer tire compounds that add traction and prepped track surfaces. The easiest way to explain what it is like is to imagine if you took a floor jack and raised wheels of your car off the ground an inch. Then you would start the vehicle and put it in gear and press the gas pedal until the wheels were spinning and someone let the jack down as quickly as possible. The abrupt “shock” the driveline would experience the second the spinning tires contacted the pavement would be extremely harsh and violent. This is essentially what is happening when you experience wheel hop and it is caused by things like weak stock control arms deflecting under load, weak driveline components, etc. Axle upgrades should only be considered AFTER control arm and differential bracing upgrades. The strongest axle in the world will not last with weak suspension components. We see a lot of people who experience an axle failure assume the axle was at fault and was not strong enough because that is the part that failed. The broken axle is the result of another underlying problem. Once you have addressed the control arms and the differential bracing upgrading your axles can help to make your driveline stronger and less prone to failure. The Level 1 axles are machined from an aerospace billet alloy with an upgraded 31-spline axle bar and 31-spline billet machined CV joints. The additional splines offer more spline engagement and allow for larger diameter axle bars. In addition to more spline engagement the billet machined 31-spline CV’s provide more travel and increased operating angle than the OEM CV joints. The axles also include a much stronger designed 1-piece CNC machined billet steel inner and outer stub shafts. In addition to increased strength the upgraded axles feature anti-wheel hop technology, originally brought to market by General Motors several years ago which significantly reduce wheel hop during hard launches. The Level 2 axles have a stronger CV joint. The Level 2 CV joint maintains a 108mm design but features an upgraded alloy on the billet machined internals and an isotropic surface finish for a mirror-like polish. The surface finishing provides smoother operation for the CV joint which reduces heat and aids in grease migration.

Upgrade: Lowering Package (1.1” Front/2.1” Rear Drop): +$1,250

The stock suspension on the Trackhawk is surprisingly good for an SUV. However, most people prefer a lower, more aggressive stance and improved handling over stock. We offer a lowering package that lowers the SUV 1.1” in the front and 2.1” in the back using progressive rate lowering springs. This is especially popular when going with a set of larger after-market 22” wheels.

Upgrade: 2-Piece Billet Differential Bracing System: +$250

The Trackhawk differentials are incredibly durable if the control arms are upgraded and the differentials have been braced properly. The “R” package comes standard with a 1-piece billet 6061 front and rear differential brace. The rear brace attaches to the differential using the two main case bolts and two secondary case bolts to reinforce the case itself using 10mm bolts to attach to the rear subframe with two rubber isolators. The front brace is attached to the differential housing using Grade 8 bolts and an additional reinforced mounting bushing to allow a much stronger attachment point to the front sub frame. In all the high torque drive modes the majority of the power is distributed to the rear wheels putting the most stress on the rear differential, so we offer an upgraded 2-piece billet 6061 differential brace. The first piece attaches to the differential using the lower two main case bolts and three lower case bolts to reinforce the differential. The second piece attaches to the rear cross-member and carries an OEM differential bushing (just like the two in the rear cross-member) to add a third, triangulated integration point to “attach” to the reinforced differential. The 2-piece differential brace can handle the most extreme conditions possible. If you want the peace of mind that your differential is protected to the ultimate level, then we recommend both the 2-piece rear bracing system.

Upgrade: Supercharger Spacer Plates/Thermal Blanket: +$850
Upgrade: Stock Replacement Race Heat Exchanger: +$1,400
Upgrade: Supercharger Intercooler Replacement Bricks: +$2,450

The supercharger cooling system is responsible for taking the hot compressed air from the supercharger and cooling it as much as possible before it enters the combustion chambers. As air temperatures get hotter the air becomes less dense with oxygen molecules and detonation is more likely to occur. If you cannot keep temperatures under control you have to lower ignition timing to prevent detonation which robs the engine of horsepower. Since there is no such thing as an air charge that’s too cold and colder air means more power with less strain on the engine, you can see why increasing the supercharger’s cooling system efficiency is so important. The Trackhawk uses a heat exchanger in front of the radiator like the RedEye and Demon but it is much thinner and less efficient. All the Hellcat platforms use the same intercooler bricks inside the supercharger and similar coolant reservoirs on the passenger strut tower. There was not much real estate under the hood on any of the platforms for a larger reservoir, so we took a 3-step approach to increasing the systems coolant capacity, efficiency and getting the air charge temperatures as low as possible. The first thing we did to lower air charge temperatures did not even involve the actual supercharger cooling system believe it or not. We used a trick we had been using for years and been proven time and time again which was to design supercharger spacers that would replace the stock gaskets and do two important things at once; provide an increased runner length for more torque and provide a thermal barrier between the engine and the supercharger. The stock intake gaskets are aluminum. The supercharger aluminum case is mounted directly to the aluminum cylinder heads so as soon as the engine heats up all the heat is transferred directly into the supercharger case. We replace the stock intake gaskets with 10mm thick thermal reduction plates and hi-temp silicone o-rings that eliminate any of the vacuum leak issues associated with the stock gaskets. We install a thermal blanket in the intake valley under the blower so the heat from the engine cannot heat soak the blower case. Now the runner length on each port has been lengthened by 10mm and we have provided a complete thermal barrier between the engine and supercharger. Our supercharger spacer plate kit works so well we recommend it on every Stage 4/4R package. Second, we designed a heat exchanger that was not only bigger, but also utilized much more efficient core designs that would completely replace the stock heat exchangers entirely. Last, we took the intercooler bricks inside the supercharger and made replacement units with the most efficient core designs available. Of all the Hellcat based vehicles, the Trackhawk has the biggest problem with keeping intake air temperatures under control so we highly recommend doing everything possible for maximum performance.

Upgrade: 2-Piece Front/Rear Lightweight Brake Rotors: +$3,100
Upgrade: Carbon Fiber-Ceramic No Dust Extreme Performance Brake Pads: +$485

The weight of a vehicle can be split into 2 categories; sprung weight and un-sprung weight. The sprung weight is the weight suspended by the coil springs (engine, transmission, body, seats, occupants, luggage etc.). The un-sprung weight is the weight not supported by the suspension (wheels, tires, control arms, brake calipers, brake rotors etc.). The un-sprung weight can be split down further into static un-sprung weight and rotational unsprung weight. The rotational part is the important aspect here. Of the un-sprung components, the wheel, tire, and brake rotor are all rotating. Basic physics teaches us all objects with a mass have inertia and inertia is how resistant an object is to change its state of motion. The more mass, the higher the inertia will be. Rotating masses have an additional component present known as rotational inertia. Basically, when you get a mass spinning fast it wants to continue doing what it is doing and resists any change in motion. This is what is happening with the brake rotors when the vehicle is moving. The brake rotor has rotational inertia which means it fights back against things like accelerating, decelerating, and cornering. Our 2-piece fully floating front rotors are each 8lbs lighter than the stock and the rears are each 7lbs lighter. This equates to 16lbs weight savings across the front axle and 14lbs across the rear. Let me go ahead and answer what you are about to ask; “how much difference is 30lbs weight reduction really going to make on a vehicle weighing 5500lbs?”. To answer that we must remember two particularly important things, the brake rotor weight is un-sprung and rotational. Studies show that reducing un-sprung static weight is equivalent to losing between 2x and 5x the weight from the sprung weight and reducing un-sprung rotational weight is equivalent to losing between 10x and 15x the weight from the sprung weight. This means that dropping 30lbs from lightweight brake rotors is equivalent to removing between 308lbs and 462lbs from the sprung weight of the vehicle. To put it another way, two adult passengers. Another popular upgrade is to change out the OEM brake pads to our Carbon Fiber-Ceramic Extreme Performance brake pads. The stock brake pads do a good job stopping the vehicle, but they leave an excessive amount of brake dust on the wheels after only a few stops requiring constant cleaning of the wheels. The unique carbon fiber-ceramic compound not only provides increased stopping performance, they leave virtually no brake dust. This is especially popular with people running expensive aftermarket wheels.

Upgrade: Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake: $550

The stock air intake on the 2018+ Hellcat, Demon and RedEye all use a functional ram air system that works phenomenally, and we never recommend changing it. The Trackhawk however did not benefit from this key feature and it really benefits from a cold air intake. We offer an intake made from carbon fiber so it’s light and doesn’t get hot, offering the best possible performance. The Trackhawk picked up 18-20 rear wheel horsepower during testing by just changing the intakes. We recommend this upgrade on every Trackhawk that still has the stock intake.

Upgrade: Forza Crankcase Breather System: +$1,650

Forza has created the ultimate, high performance crankcase breather system for your build. Often referred to as a catch can, our custom kit completely keeps unwanted excess fumes out of your engine, greatly improving performance. Click below to read more about this high performance kit.

Upgrade: Custom Transmission Calibration: +$700

When we tune the transmission, we are decreasing the time it takes for the transmission to complete each shift and increase the line pressure so the clutches can handle more torque. Less clutch slippage means less wear and less heat, both are the two biggest causes of transmission failures. We also modify the shift points so the engine stays in the optimal rpm power band for maximum performance. All the functionality of each of the different shift modes; Street, Sport and Track are still fully functional, and each individual drive mode is independently tuned specifically for each driving style. You will notice that the shift events will be firmer and crisper in each drive mode and Street will feel more like Sport did before tuning. Sport will feel a little less aggressive than the original Track mode and the new Track mode will feel like the car was built for the track. Our goal when custom tuning the transmission is to not only make the car as fast as possible, but also as reliable as possible.

Upgrade: 3” Stainless Cat-Back Exhaust: +$2,100

We recommend leaving the stock cat-back exhaust stock on the Hellcat, Demon and RedEye because it’s the best sounding exhaust with our custom headers and cat-delete/hi-flow cat pipes and changing it doesn’t add any power. The Trackhawk cat-back exhaust uses a highly restrictive suitcase style center muffler that robs power and even with headers and cat-delete/hi-flow cat connection pipes, does not sound very appealing. We highly recommend replacing the stock cat-back with our custom 3” stainless steel cat-back exhaust. It has an aggressive note outside the car but with no annoying cabin drone that you normally must put up with. Our custom cat-back is designed with noise cancellation technology so the exhaust is louder where you want it, outside the car.

Upgrade: Demon 2.7L Supercharger: +$12,800
Upgrade: Magnuson TVS2650R 2.7L Supercharger: +$6,800

The Hellcat and the Trackhawk came with a 2.4-liter supercharger while the Demon and the RedEye have a bigger 2.7-liter version. The infamous “DemonHawk” is outfitted with a Demon supercharger and has been featured across YouTube outrunning a wide array of the fastest production cars on the road today including Tesla’s fastest cars from a dead stop. The Demon supercharger allows for at least 100 more horsepower at the wheels. Another more affordable option is the Magnuson TVS2650R 2.7- liter supercharger featuring high helix four lobe rotors. Magnuson’s latest intake manifold air charge cooler is 10% larger than the ones in the stock Demon supercharger which keep your intake air temperatures colder and help provide consistent and repeatable performance. The stock electronic by-pass valve is used so boost levels can be controlled in the exact same manner as the original supercharger. The TVS2650R hybrid-roots supercharger bolts directly in place of the stock 2.4-liter Hellcat supercharger with no clearance issues just like the Demon supercharger. It uses a jackshaft set-up with interchangeable rear cog belt and pulleys which allow it to be overdriven up to 27%. It has a very efficient high flow intercooler system which is like the Hellcat and Demon superchargers when they are upgraded with our custom intercooler bricks. The intercooler coolant fittings are 1” instead of ¾” used on the stock superchargers so this allows more coolant flow through the intercooler system. The supercharger inlet is already large enough to accept a 105mm throttle body just like the Demon supercharger front drive after our modification process or you can still run the stock throttle body on either one if you choose to go that route. The billet aluminum anodized fuel rails are compatible with stock or upgraded fuel injectors. If you are not worried about having a supercharger that does not look stock the Magnuson is a really good choice and we have seen tremendous power numbers using these units once we have done our modification program just like we do to every stock supercharger and we have supercharger spacer kits specifically designed for this supercharger combination just like with the stock units. Of course, being significantly cheaper than the Demon option is very appealing to most people as well.

We can offer these as long block configurations which include a custom grind billet camshaft and every single cam is uniquely custom made for the exact engine combination, vehicle specs, intended uses, etc.…we don’t have any “one size fits all” camshaft grinds. We offer our 1500 hp long blocks in three different levels and the only difference aside from each having unique camshaft specifications are cylinder head options. Our Level One long block uses a set of stock Demon cylinder head castings that have been CNC ported (core required) with bronze valve guides, 5 angle valve job with extensive blend and mill work, PSI valve springs, locators and Viton seals. The Level Two long block features a set of CNC ported Thitek billet castings (no core required) with 2.200” stainless steel hollow stem intake valves, 1.650” stainless steel solid stem exhaust valves, bronze valve guides, 5 angle valve job with extensive blend and mill work, PSI 1512 valve springs, ductile valve seats, titanium retainers, bead groove locks, locators and Viton seals. The Level Three long block uses the same cylinder heads as Level Two, but the intake valves are upgraded to titanium and the exhaust valves are upgraded to Inconel. The 2500hp long block using the custom billet block is only available with the cylinder head configuration in Level Three but the heads are machined to accept custom ARP ½” Tool Steel Head studs that we use in the billet block to keep the heads from lifting under extremely high boost levels.

Upgrade: ZF 8HP95 “Track Killer” Transmission Package: $9,500

The stock ZF 8HP95 transmission used in the Trackhawk is incredibly strong, especially with our custom transmission tuning. These transmissions can easily handle 1000 horsepower even under extremely harsh driving conditions and we have numerous builds in the 1000-1200 horsepower range and the transmissions have no modifications besides our custom tuning and have not had a single failure to date. Every transmission, despite how strong it is, will reach the end of its service life and at some point, need to be built. For those that are pushing these trucks past 1200 horsepower or their transmission needs to be rebuilt, we offer a rebuild program that allows the transmission to be able to handle 1500 horsepower reliably. Our “Track Killer” transmission rebuild uses Max Duty seals and o-rings, genuine ZF bolts and bearings, Alto G3 clutches, Kolene steels and some custom case and valve body modifications. We also use a custom torque converter built specifically for us that utilizes a billet stator and we custom spec the stall speed based of each individual build. Each transmission build includes precision assembly, genuine Mopar ZF transmission fluid, a special flush procedure of the transmission cooling system to ensure no possible contamination can be introduced into the new transmission and professional installation.

Upgrade: Triple Pump Fuel System Upgrade: +$6,500

If you are looking to surpass the 1100 horsepower range then it is time to eliminate all the stock fuel system components except for the fuel tank. Our triple pump fuel system can be outfitted to be compatible with any fuel blend including ethanol. The stock fuel pump is replaced with a billet hanger assembly that goes in the tank in place of the stock fuel pump. We use TI Automotive 285 primary and secondary pumps because we believe these are the best pump on the market today. We replace the OEM single feed fuel rail assembly with billet fuel rails that always allow us to feed both rails with the exact same volume of fuel ensuring uniform fuel delivery to each injector. We eliminate the OEM fuel pump control module(s) and use a 3-channel billet controller with 4-gauge power and grounds and a dedicated wiring harness. Fuel is delivered to the rails with a -10 PTFE feed line and return to the tank with a -08 PTFE return. The stock fuel system does not use a fuel filter which leads to contaminated fuel injectors so we remedy this problem with a 128mm billet fuel filter using a 10 micron stainless steel filtering media that is fully serviceable and virtually eliminates the need for injectors to be serviced if properly maintained. We also add a filter monitoring gauge that tracks the inlet and outlet pressures so you can easily see if the filter needs to be serviced. Since the OEM fuel pressure gauge is part of the stock fuel rail assembly that we eliminated we add a new pressure sensor and wire it directly back into the car’s wiring harness so your computer is still able to accurately monitor fuel pressure exactly like the engineers intended. Under the hood we control fuel pressure using a billet F4i multiport fuel pressure regulator that if 1:1 boost referenced. If your car is going to be outfitted with nitrous oxide then this fuel system is mandatory and will be equipped The regulator has a liquid filled pressure gauge mounted directly to the front so you can easily see fuel pressure with a quick glance. Finally, since the Hellcat based platforms do not have any easy provisions for boost reference we drill and tap the back of the supercharger and add a billet vacuum manifold kit in the engine bay so you can not only easily mount the Honeywell pressure switch needed to activate the secondary fuel pumps under boost, but you have plenty of ports available for anything else you might need a vacuum or boost reference. This fuel system is comprised of all the absolute best components on the market today and will easily support over 1800 horsepower.

Upgrade: Nitrous System: +$6,900

We do not typically recommend nitrous and we will only install it if a few stipulations are met. Number one, the vehicle must be outfitted with our triple pump fuel system and twin fuel pressure regulators. This is so we can keep the fuel pressure on the nitrous system set at a static 30psi to ensure the fuel solenoid does not lock up and fail to open because of the high fuel pressures these cars operate at. The nitrous fuel solenoids are only intended to operate with no more than 45psi and it is not uncommon to see fuel pressures of 80-110psi under full boost on today’s vehicle at these power levels. If the fuel solenoid failed to open, you could easily melt a hole in a piston within seconds and by running a custom twin regulator set-up, you eliminate the chances of this happening. Number two, we NEVER recommend spraying nitrous using pump gas regardless of the brand or octane rating. Fuel quality can vary on pump gas for numerous reasons and this is something that could have devastating effects under these types of cylinder pressures. The car must be running on an approved race fuel or we will not install nitrous on the vehicle. Number three, we highly recommend allowing us to plumb the nitrous system in a manner where the least amount of nitrous can be used to make the most power and the nitrous can be used to help cool the intake charge as efficiently as possible. This allows us to us nitrous in the safest possible manner. A perfect example of this is plumbing the supercharger case for nitrous and fuel hard lines that uniformly deliver the exact same amount of nitrous and fuel into each cylinder by spraying the mixture directly on top of each intake valve. This ensures the most consistent air fuel ratio possible in each cylinder and the most uniform power deliver possible among the cylinders. It also allows the nitrous to have the most profound cooling effect on each combustion chamber which adds in a degree of safety that was not there without the nitrous. The other way is by using a plate system mounted behind the throttle body which we do not suggest. The nitrous and fuel go through the supercharger and get heated up and the nitrous is not delivered into each cylinder in the same amount which means power balance among cylinders is different. Some cylinders run richer and some leaner and all the cooling properties of the nitrous is lost since it has been heated going through the supercharger. Spraying the same volume of nitrous nets half, the horsepower gain when delivered like this and the engine is put under a lot more stress. We will not install a nitrous system like this and advise against nitrous completely unless it has been done in a manner as we outlined above. Our nitrous installations always use twin 15lb bottles and we recommend steel bottles over carbon fiber because bottle pressure is much more consistent using steel bottles. Proper NHRA blow off valves will be installed and plumbed outside the vehicle for safety and bottles are mounted using a billet bottle bracket. We always integrate a fully automated bottle heater system that brings the bottle temperature and pressure up safely and maintains it automatically using a pressure switch that will control the bottle heaters so the bottles cannot be over pressurized resulting in a potentially unsafe condition. We advise against automatic bottle openers because we have seen them fail and when running more than one bottle there is no safety feedback that will tell you for sure whether both bottles are open or closed. This could result in a possible over pressurized bottle. Finally, we use Nitrous Outlet’s ProMax progressive controller exclusively so the nitrous can be precisely delivered and traction maintained.

Paint correction is a term that gets thrown around a lot among detail shops across the country. If someone is claiming that they can do full paint correction on even a new car in 1-2 days, then that is a red flag right there and you should go somewhere else. True paint correction is an artform where a master detailer uses special lights from multiple angles to inspect and polish every inch of the vehicles paint to as close to perfection as possible. Their experience and attention to detail allows them to find the safest methods to remove scratches, swirl marks, and the defects within the paint to attain a show quality mirror finish. The typical vehicle takes about a week to achieve this level of perfection and this is the foundation you must start with before applying ceramic coating or paint protection film. The car will only look as good as the time spent correcting the paint.

Ceramic Coating is another term we see used loosely in the detailing business. There is a huge difference between all the different ceramic coatings on the market today and a lot of them are not even actual ceramic coatings at all. The only ceramic coating product we use is Crystal Serum Ultra made by Gtechniq which offers a 10h level of paint protection backed with a 9-year guarantee. We believe this is be the highest quality product on the market which is why it is the only one we will stand behind. We always ceramic coat the entire outside of the vehicle including the glass as well as the inside and outside of the wheels and brake calipers. If the vehicle is getting paint protection film then the ceramic coating will be applied over the film which protects the film and makes clean up effortless.

$2,000-$6,000

Paint protection film, also known as clear bra or PPF, is an invisible adhesive-backed film that is applied over your car’s paint to protect it from rock chips, scratches, and swirls. The film is often self-healing. This means that if you scratch it, the scratches will disappear with a little heat from either the sun or a heat gun. The name clear bra comes from the origin of the product, where it used to be applied only to the very front of the car. If you decide to have it applied to the front areas of your vehicle that are the most prone to rock chips like the hood, front bumper, side view mirrors and A-pillars you will spend around $2000. If you have the entire vehicle done you will spend around $6000. Typically paint protection film is transparent and the goal is to not be able to tell it is even there, but it can also some in a matte finish. Say you have a gloss black or white vehicle but love the look of the matte or satin paint finishes, you can cover the car in matte finish paint protection film and transform the gloss finish on your vehicle to a matte or satin finish and protect the cars paint at the same time.

With a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine, capable of producing 707hp and 645 lb.-ft. of torque, the Jeep Trackhawk is the perfect canvas for extreme modification. The Trackhawk is one of the few production SUVs offered with Launch Mode. This feature allows rapid take-off from a dead-stop under full acceleration. Launch mode is geared toward drag racing and is especially complementary to the top-tier high-performance upgrades performed by Forza Tuning and Performance. Factor in the all-wheel drive ZF Quadratec transmission system with AMAX shifting, a 50/50 torque split (front to rear) to maximize traction, beefier driveline, and Brembo brakes, and you have a canvas awaiting extreme performance and tuning modifications as executed by Forza Tuning and Performance.
